What is your return policy?
Please note that embroidered items cannot be returned. If the customer wishes to return non-embroidered items for either refund or exchange, Alexander's Uniforms will accept the returned item(s) within 30 days of purchase as long as the original tags are attached and the item has not been washed. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Alexander's Uniforms will cover shipping for exchange items back to the customer.
IMPORTANT:Â When returning your item(s), be sure to include a brief note stating the reason for the return and include your name, order number and contact information (phone and/or email), and ship to:

How long will my order take?
Personalized embroidered orders typically take 1-2 weeks for in-stock items. Items not regularly in our stock my take up to 3-4 weeks to ship.
Please note: high influx during back to school season may cause delays.
Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes! Free in-store pickup is available. Visit our Find Your Store page for locations, hours, and directions.
How do I make sure the color of my tops and bottoms match?
Garment color may differ slightly from brand to brand. To ensure that the color will match, purchase tops and bottoms from the same collection.
